Kirsten Shockey :: Fermented Vegetables

One of my favorite things about working on Tend Magazine has been working with so many interesting like-minded people.  One of my Tend Magazine co-contributors, Kirsten Shockey, has a fantastic new book which she co-wrote with her husband Christopher called Fermented Vegetables: Creative Recipes for Fermenting 64 Vegetables & Herbs in Krauts, Kimchis, Brined Pickles, Chutneys, Relishes & Pastes.
