In mid-October, Mason and Amanda of HerbRally came by Wholly Rooted to film an Herbalist Hour. They were good sports and sat outside with me in 40 degree weather with rain and wind to record the interview (hence my lovely hair - ha!). I also gave a tour of the HWB Donation Distribution Network space, which is a dedicated area in our lower level here where we manage and ship out donated supplies to HWB Chapters, Clinics, and Projects throughout the US. I also shared a bit about our Seed Grants.
I really enjoyed chatting with Mason and talking about the work we do here at Wholly Rooted, as well as how we work to integrate the principles of permaculture and social permaculture into everything we do, to (hopefully) make the world a better place. I left an open invite for Mason and Amanda to come back to visit during growing season when everything is lush and blooming, so they can see more of what we grow here! Take a look:
