Policies
My available appointments generally are in the 9-5 window central time (USA), M-F.
Cancellation Policy: I require 24 hour notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Clients who do not cancel within the 24 hr time-frame, are responsible for a cancellation fee of 25% of the consultation fee. Thank you for understanding my time and expertise is of value, even with sliding scale or no-fee consultations.
While prices vary, I do work to keep herbal support to cost. For example, Tinctures/Extracts are generally $10/ounce, $18/2 ounces, Tea blends $1-3 per ounce. Oils 2 oz/$12, salve, 1 oz/$6, 2 oz/$10. Aromatherapy varies based on the essential oil, but inhalers and rollers are generally in the $5-8 range, bath soaks around $12/bag, etc. I always share the formulations recommended and costs so that you can make a decision.
I do work globally, but generally do not ship herbs internationally due to shipping and customs fees, so international clients receive recommendations and then can find the herbs locally.

SLIDING SCALE:
I haven't been a big fan of sliding scale, as I see those that most need access to affordable care being priced out of even the lowest tier, and those that can pay more often do not. So for a long time I only did full paid consultation and free clinic consultations. But, I am putting these back up to try the sliding scale again, as several people reached out asking about it! How does sliding scale work? The left bottle is full, and represents those that can pay the full value of the consultation. The middle jar represents those that can pay the middle level of the sliding scale, and then the final right jar is for those that have financial hardship and therefore pay the lowest amount on the scale. This guide is inspired by this.

Book a Consultation
90 minute initial intake and consultation with report and one follow-up appointment. Sliding scale, $125-160.
Additional individual follow-up appointments of 30-45 minutes, Sliding scale $35-50

Herbal & Aromatherapy products:
Herbal and aromatherapy products are not included in the base consultation fees and are billed separately. You can select to purchase all of my recommendations or none (and find them on your own) - it is your choice. I include detailed estimates and try to provide multiple options so that we can target your specific needs and get the best result. I price all products at cost to allow accessibility.
I usually give a few options so that you can make a choice based on accessibility or budget. You are not required to purchase herbal support from me, but I do offer a full apothecary of custom products that I make for my clients.
If herbal products are cost prohibitive, I am happy to work with you to find a solution.
Ongoing or Monthly Consultations:
I offer discounts if you arrange for ongoing monthly appointments to support your ongoing wellness plan. Please ask about consultation packages and discounts! It can often work well to schedule 3-5 months of consultations for more chronic needs and the goal of getting your wellness on track.
