Where Have I Taught/Spoken?

Aromatherapy Education

I work with holistic practitioners and those new to aromatherapy to learn more about the actions of our plants, how aroma works with our brains, and using aromatherapy to support special needs children, neurodivergent folks, and those impacted by stress and trauma.

Herbal Education

I offer herbal education for beginners and up, including all ages. I enjoy presenting academic and science rich content as well as fun DIY and home family herbalist content. I also love sharing how to create your own herbal family first aid kit, growing your own medicinal garden, using herbs in daily life,  foraging and wildcrafting, medicinal plant conservation, environmental education,  creating a botanical sanctuary, seed starting, seed saving, seed libraries and seed banking, permaculture design, food forests, social permaculture, and community herbalism - email me!

Corporate Wellness

Are you a business that is interested in offering your employees the perk of wellness education? I offer a variety of workshops geared towards the workplace, with a focus on incorporating herbs into your daily diet, using spices for flavor and wellness support, growing your own food and herbs, and creating food and medicine gardens whether you live in an apartment or on land. I also love presenting on permaculture, growing your own food, social permaculture (volunteering), and more.  I am happy to create custom workshops and ongoing workshops series  designed to address your particular interests and staff. Unschooling

I am parent to two always unschooled teenagers (ages 18 & 20). My children have never gone to school, yet grew up to be engaged, smart, interesting, compassionate, and amazing humans. Child led education led us down the path to following our interests and using our daily life to learn and be engaged. Social permaculture and unschooling actually have a lot in common, and I love sharing our own journey, experiences, and lessons learned, and how to apply permaculture principles to education, relationships, respect, building collaborative families, and conflict-free parenting based on mutual respect.
