Join Denise Cusack for an experiential introduction to the gentle and powerful world of flower essences. In this workshop, you’ll learn what flower essences are, how they work, and how to incorporate them into daily life for emotional and energetic support.


Denise will share the process of making your own flower essences, and we’ll explore 10 beautiful flowers you can ethically and sustainably work with right here in Wisconsin. You’ll also have the opportunity to sample several essences and experience their subtle yet supportive qualities firsthand.


Each participant will receive:

•A detailed downloadable PDF booklet with flower essence profiles & uses

•Detailed instructions on how to make your own from your garden

•Practical guidance for creating essences safely and intentionally

•One flower essence of your choice to take home


There will be a demo on making a flower essences, instructions and profiles to download, and samples of various flower essences to choose from - pick one to take home.


Whether you are new to flower essences or looking to deepen your practice, this class will give you the confidence to begin (or expand) your own flower essence work.

When you register online, you will be added to our attendance list. The event is May 9 at Haney's Tavern in Cross Plains. You don't need a ticket, I will check you off of the list. You can printout your emailed receipt if you want something with you!

Cancellation policy: This activity is inside an event barn space at Haney's Tavern, and will happen rain or shine. Hope to see you there!


If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, I will give a full refund. I purchase supplies for the class in advance so I have everything ready, so after that no refunds will be available. I will provide a flower essence recording and give you access to the PDF download if you are unable to attend live.
