I offer clinical herbalism and aromatherapy consultations during Herbalists Without Borders community clinic days. These sessions are designed to make holistic wellness support more accessible, especially for people who may not otherwise have access to individualized herbal care.
Our clinics provide a trauma-informed, supportive, person-centered space to talk through your health goals, current concerns, stressors, daily routines, and the kinds of support you are looking for. Consultations may include herbal recommendations, nutrition and lifestyle suggestions, aromatherapy guidance, and simple self-care practices you can use at home.
Clinical consultations are not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Instead, they are meant to complement your existing care and support your overall well-being.
What to Expect During your consultation, a trained herbalist or aromatherapist meets with you to discuss your concerns and goals. We may ask about your health history, medications, allergies, daily habits, stress levels, sleep, digestion, and other areas that help us understand the whole picture.
Based on your needs, we may offer suggestions such as:
Herbal teas, tinctures, oils, or other preparations
Aromatherapy support for stress, sleep, respiratory comfort, or emotional well-being
Food, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations
Nervous system and resilience practices
Referrals to other practitioners or resources when appropriate
Whenever possible, we provide accessible options using familiar, affordable herbs and practices.
Free Clinic Days Consultations are offered on designated Herbalists Without Borders free clinic days. Availability may be limited, and appointments may be scheduled in advance or offered on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the clinic. These clinical appointments operate in tandem with a clinical mentorship program, offering students supervised clinical experience. All services are offered free of charge. Donations are welcome and help support community clinics, supplies, and continued access to herbal care.
Important Note Herbalists and aromatherapists do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for disease. Our consultations are educational and supportive in nature. Please continue working with your physician or licensed healthcare provider for medical conditions, medications, lab work, or urgent health concerns.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, have allergies, or are managing a serious health condition, please let us know during your consultation so we can make the safest recommendations possible.

Areas of Experience In addition to general herbalism and aromatherapy consulting, I of course have areas of expertise based on experience with my own family. This includes working with neurodivergent folks (Autist, ADHD, Tourette's), mental health needs, and trauma support. I also have experience working with individuals experiencing Mast cell activation, histamine intolerance, hypermobility, POTS, and other related needs. I also understand sensory needs, intolerances, and severe allergies.
